El Castillo Del Mar represents one of the largest privately funded destination developments in the Caribbean — a $1.25 billion Phase One build that will create thousands of construction jobs and hundreds of contract opportunities for qualified firms.
This page is your central hub for all construction employment opportunities, contractor bidding, and procurement documents. Bahamian-registered contractors and workers are strongly encouraged to apply. Joint ventures with international firms are welcome.
How It Works
The Bidding Process
Review Opportunities
Browse open RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs on the Bidding Board. Each listing includes full scope, estimated value, and required documentation.
Register Interest
Submit your company information and register interest in specific opportunities. Our procurement team will follow up with bid packages and timelines.
Pre-Qualification
Qualified contractors will be invited to submit formal bids. Pre-qualification criteria include licensing, bonding, insurance, and relevant experience.
Award & Execution
Awarded contracts are posted publicly on the Bidding Board. Successful contractors will be onboarded through our project management platform.
